Nordisk Film's former movie storage warehouse has been transformed into 37 student homes with playful architecture focused on creating great small units and plentiful shared spaces.
Nine new flats and a large rooftop common room with great views have been added next door. Both buildings are connected by a large walking bridge - connecting old and new, students and professionals.

NEFA Fabrikken is a vibrant office space situated in central Copenhagen housing 26 entrepreneurs in the creative industry.
The space is named after its original tenant, the NEFA Bike Light factory and the original architecture has been preserved, creating a cool and bright space for big ideas to unfold.
In the coming years, we plan to build around 150 sustainable and inclusive homes on the plot next to to the office space - the zoning process has begun.
