Home.Earth Nærheden

We are developing this beautiful pine wood and slate property in the attractive newbuild area called Nærheden in Hedehusene, Høje Taastrup. The property comprises 158 apartments ranging from 1-5 bedrooms, as well as ~1,500 square meters of commercial space to bring life and vibrancy to the community. The project is under construction , and we expect to welcome our first tenants in spring 2025.
Nærheden is a flagship project for Home.Earth, and we expect the project to have the lowest carbon footprint for any multi-story residential building in Denmark of below 6 kg CO2/m2/year

The leading Nordic entertainment company, Nordisk Film's former movie storage warehouse has been transformed into 37 student homes with playful architecture focused on creating great small units and plentiful shared spaces.
Nine new flats, a large rooftop and common room with great views have been added next door to house families of different sizes. Both buildings are connected by a large walking bridge – connecting old and new, students, families and professionals.
On the ground floor we have commercial area, where the family universe of Little House is a tenant.

NEFA Fabrikken at Siljangade

NEFA Fabrikken is a vibrant office space situated in central Copenhagen housing 26 entrepreneurial companies in the creative industry.
The space is named after its original tenant, the NEFA Bike Light factory, and the original architecture has been preserved, creating a cool and bright space for big ideas to unfold.
In the coming years, we plan to build around 150 homes on the site next to to the office space - the zoning process has begun. The building is expected to supersede our sustainability targets reached on our flagship project, Home.Earth Nærheden.
